OUR MISSION

LP3 Coaching’s mission is simple – to develop resilient, independent and self-aware young people.  We do this by working hand-in-hand with our clients to help them develop clear visions for their lives and master key life skills so that they thrive throughout their academic years and into adulthood.

OUR APPROACH

We strive for and achieve next-level performance for our clients.

We approach coaching differently - strategically - with a view for the long-term success of our clients.  In this fast-paced, competitive environment, young adults are so busy trying to deal with the immediate next step - getting into college, getting an internship or first job - that they often react impulsively, without taking a step back to understand their purpose or approach for achieving their goals.  Without this "big picture" view, young people fail to see alternative solutions and miss those "Eureka!" moments and instead, are left without direction, goals, or a way forward.

Our focus is the solution, not just the issue. We work with clients to develop and understand their roadmap and walk alongside them as they achieve their goals.  We believe that part of that solution is a universal toolkit of life skills that helps young adults now, as well as 5, 10, 15 years down the road.

Why the focus on life skills? In school, we are taught to hone in on and master technical skills. But in the real world, technical skills only get you so far.  In order to excel - in school, in your career and life generally - you need practical life skills to get you to the next level.

HOW WE WORK

INITIAL CONSULTATION

FREE! In the initial consultation, we will chat to see if there is a good fit.  As coaching is a partnership, we pride ourselves on providing an open, confidential and safe environment for our clients

CLARIFY THE ISSUES

Through a process of inquiry, we will help clarify the real core issues.

tailor a customized program

Together we develop a tailored, sustainable program to achieve your goals based on your values.  Our objective is to be both a catalyst and an accountability partner for you to achieve practical, sustainable and measurable changes. To achieve this, our methodology uses a holistic approach, ensuring that all areas which impact your performance and wellness are addressed.

Coaching sessions

Coaching sessions can be scheduled on a flexible basis. Typically, for private coaching sessions, clients will prefer meeting at least once every other week, either in-person or over Skype. Travel arrangements can be made if in-person sessions (including week-long bootcamps) are required.

online support

We are available 24/7 via phone, Skype, email, text, WhatsApp – whatever is most convenient for you.

Why It Works

Tailored Boutique

Services

We understand that clients are busy and do not want a generic, ineffective solution. To that end, LP3 Coaching is committed to providing the highest standards for a hands-on, one-on-one boutique service for our clients. As no two clients are the same, we get to know each client and create an out-of-the-box, customized program based on each client's specific issues, preferences and goals.

We are a third party

We are not your parent (who may be pushing agendas on you), not your sibling (who may be competing), not your teacher (who may have a preconceived notion), not your friend (who may be pressuring you socially), and not your manager or coworker (who may have ulterior motives).

We act as your advocate

We get to understand your struggles, passions, and talents and we will push hard to help you achieve your potential.

Non-judgmental, safe

and confidential

Holistic/360 degrees

You can open up. Confidentiality matters. (As a lawyer, I understand and respect that.) Sometimes, young people just need an impartial third party who is not a parent, teacher or even peer with whom they can share and get sound advice in a safe environment.

One of the key differences in our approach is that we consider the whole person - everything from what you eat, how you breathe and exercise, what you do for fun - as they are all interconnected and impact how one performs. Most effective leaders understand this and are constantly trying to make incremental improvements to how they learn, exercise, even meditate. Why wait until you're 50 years old?
